Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies including DynamoDB Kinesis CloudWatch S3 Connect Lex and Lambda. This role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to develop and maintain scalable solutions. Experience in the contact center domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable applications using AWS technologies such as DynamoDB Kinesis CloudWatch S3 Connect Lex and Lambda.Oversee the integration of AWS services to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions.Monitor and optimize system performance using Amazon CloudWatch.Implement data storage solutions using Amazon S3 and DynamoDB.Utilize Amazon Kinesis for real-time data processing and analytics.Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda.Integrate Amazon Connect and Lex to enhance contact center capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services.Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based applications.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on AWS technologies.Demonstrate expertise in Amazon DynamoDB Kinesis CloudWatch S3 Connect Lex and Lambda.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining scalable cloud-based applications.Have experience in real-time data processing and analytics using Amazon Kinesis.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in the contact center domain is a plus.Demonstrate a commitment to staying updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices.Show the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based applications.Have a deep understanding of AWS architecture and services.Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
