About the role

We are looking for a junior, hands-on Performance Marketing Operations Executive who can run day-to-day implementation across paid social platforms and keep our ecommerce foundations healthy. You will manage Merchant Center diagnostics and product feeds, support tracking hygiene in GTM/GA4, and execute daily ad operations for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will also support basic social posting and customer messaging. Strategy and channel direction will be guided by the Performance Marketing Lead.

What you'll be doing

Monitor Google Merchant Center diagnostics and resolve disapprovals, policy issues, price mismatch, GTIN/MPN issues, and eligibility errors

Maintain and improve product feeds using GoDataFeed/ FeedLogic : mapping, attribute fixes, rules, custom labels, and segmentation for 10,000+ products

Set up and maintain Microsoft Merchant Center (and related feed connections), troubleshoot errors, and keep products eligible for shopping ads

Implement promotions, and perform shipping/tax checks in Merchant Center when required to reduce disapprovals and improve performance

Run a weekly conversion QA checklist: verify events, revenue values, deduplication, and identify sudden drops or tracking breaks

Perform basic GTM/GA4 maintenance and verification (preview, testing, simple tag edits when approved); escalate complex tracking work to the lead or a specialist

Execute paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest: campaign setup, daily operations, pacing, creative trafficking, audience maintenance, and basic optimization

Publish planned social posts and support customer messaging: respond using approved guidelines, route sensitive queries/escalations to the lead

Maintain clean documentation: weekly logs of feed changes, fixes applied, tracking checks, and ad changes

What you'll need

1-3 years of experience in ecommerce marketing operations or paid media execution (in-house or agency)

Hands-on comfort with Google Merchant Center diagnostics and resolving disapprovals

Experience with a feed management tool (GoDataFeed/ FeedLogic or similar) and understanding of feed attributes and mapping

Hands-on experience executing Meta ads; TikTok and Pinterest ads experience is a plus

Working familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4 for verification and basic troubleshooting

Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the habit of documenting changes and results

Clear communication and ability to escalate issues early (tracking breaks, policy blocks, product feed failures)

Must have working knowledge of


Merchant & Feed: Google Merchant Center, product feed attributes (GTIN/MPN, price, availability), GoDataFeed/ FeedLogic (or similar)

Tracking: Google Tag Manager basics (preview/QA), Google Analytics 4 basics (events, key events, revenue checks)

Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, reporting), basic understanding of TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads

Reporting: Google Sheets or Excel for logs, checklists, and performance summaries

Social Ops: basic posting workflows and community/message handling with sensitivity to the category

Good to have working knowledge of

Shopify (or similar ecommerce platform) basics, including product catalog structure and checkout changes

Meta Commerce Manager / catalog diagnostics (product sets, item issues) and basic understanding of CAPI concepts

Microsoft Ads ecosystem basics (beyond Merchant Center) and shopping feed requirements

Automation tools for workflows and alerts (Zapier, Make, or similar)

Key deliverables

Merchant Center health snapshot (top issues identified, fixes completed, and unresolved blockers)

Feed change log (rules updated, attributes fixed, custom label changes, with impact notes)

Conversion QA checklist (pass/fail with notes on value accuracy, deduplication, and anomalies)

Paid social operations report (spend, results, key changes made, and next week plan)

Social posting and messaging log (posts published, engagement highlights, and escalations)

Feed and Merchant Center improvement plan (top recurring errors, fixes shipped, and next month priorities)

Platform performance summary for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest (what worked, what didnt, and next months test plan)

Tracking and measurement summary (issues encountered, fixes completed, and prevention recommendations)

Process upgrades (at least 13 improvements such as checklists, templates, automation, or documentation)
