Summary:

As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices in technology architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for GCP Architecture across enterprise programs
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions
• Lead cloud adoption and migration strategies
• Define microservices and containerization architecture
• Oversee hybrid/public/private cloud deployments
• Drive application modernization initiatives
• Define and enforce data governance alignment within cloud environments
• Conduct architecture impact assessments and solution estimations
• Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, security, and data teams
• Mentor junior architects and technical leads

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 12+ years overall IT experience
• 5+ years of strong experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture
• Proven expertise in enterprise cloud architecture
• Experience in cloud migration and modernization strategies
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

Nice to Have (Domain Exposure Any of the Following)

• Data governance frameworks & data quality management
• Contact Center / CX technology environments
• Python scripting
• Cloud security & compliance frameworks
• Enterprise integration architecture

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum 12 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
• This position is based at our PAN India office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
