TCS invites Applicants for Google Cloud Contact Center AI

Exp: 8 Yrs to 10 Yrs

Location: Pan India



"1. Design end-to-end conversational AI solutions in Google Cloud's Contact Center AI (CCAI), including the architecture of NLP models, knowledge bases, and integrations with backend systems
2. Experience in designing and implementing solutions that utilize conversational AI, like chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice applications
3. Create a scalable, robust architecture that optimally leverages CCAI tools (like Dialogflow, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech) to meet business requirements
4. Develop and configure conversational workflows, intents, entities, and response generation using platforms like Dialogflow CX/ES
5. Integrate CCAI solutions with CRMs, data warehouses, contact centers, and other business systems
6. Work with data scientists to fine-tune NLP models and improve intent recognition accuracy
7. Establish best practices and standards for conversational design, including user experience, tone, and voice"
