Location:Pan India

Job Description:

1. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX

2. Experience in creating and managing virtual agents and chatbots that deliver excellent user experiences and creating complex conversation flows, integrating them with backend systems, and continuously improving the chatbot experience to ensure smooth and intuitive interactions

3. Good Experience in NLP techniques to enhance intent recognition, entity extraction, and accurate user intent handling.

4. Good hands on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and other backend services to retrieve data and perform actions based on user inputs.
