About Job Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in D2C brands. The ideal candidate should understand the complete e-commerce funnel, from customer acquisition to retention, and be capable of scaling campaigns profitably.


Key responsibilites

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnel for D2C brand
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC
  • Perform daily monitoring & optimization (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Create and test ad creatives, copies, and audience targeting
  • Execute A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Handle retargeting and remarketing campaigns
  • Work closely with creative and content teams for high-performing ads
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights & reports
  • Improve website conversion rate (CRO) and customer journey
  • Manage budget allocation and scaling strategies


key Skills required

  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
  • Deep understanding of D2C metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion Tracking & Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Good understanding of creative strategy & audience segmentation


Mandatory Requirement

  • Must have worked with D2C / E-commerce brands
  • Proven experience in scaling ad campaigns profitably
  • Hands-on experience with budget management & performance optimization
  • Ability to share previous campaign results or case studies
