Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Google Analytics Developer with strong hands-on expertise in GA4 implementation, advanced analytics, and data integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex analytics data into meaningful business insights for marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Google Analytics (GA4), including custom dimensions, metrics, audiences, and advanced event-based tracking, especially for key customer journeys.
- Proven experience integrating Google Analytics with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Measurement Protocol, APIs, or specialized connectors (e.g., GA Connection for CRM Analytics) to bridge online and offline conversion data.
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager for implementing, testing, and debugging tagging strategies, with a focus on data layer configuration and ensuring high data quality.
- Perform advanced analysis such as funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and path analysis using GA Explore reports, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Build high-visibility, custom dashboards using tools like Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) to track KPIs and visualize performance trends.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly related to DOM manipulation and data layer troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL and BigQuery experience for advanced querying, data warehousing, and analytics use cases.
