Google Ads Specialist

Were looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer to join our growing team at Socio Sensei. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, with working knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO basics, and website/landing page fundamentals. Youll be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling performance campaigns across platforms.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Manage and optimize conversion-focused campaigns for lead generation and sales
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns as support channels
• Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Ensure proper conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager setup
• Coordinate with web team for landing page optimization
• Apply SEO basics while planning paid strategies (keywords, intent, content relevance)

• 25 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (mandatory)
• Proven experience in performance marketing / paid media
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and keyword intent
• Knowledge of website structure, landing pages, and CRO
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
