Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, for a Google Ads Specialist. The role involves planning, creating, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including setting up ad groups, keyword research, targeting, and optimizing performances. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign data, A/B testing ad creatives, and generating detailed reports. Collaboration with the marketing team for alignment with broader strategies and constant refinement of ad performances is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads campaign management, keyword research, and optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and perform A/B testing
• Experience with digital marketing concepts, such as remarketing, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad-related platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Proven experience in budget management for PPC campaigns
• Familiarity with e-commerce or Ayurvedic product marketing is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
