Role Overview:


We are looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist with 12 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical ability, a solid understanding of Google Ads platforms, and the capability to extract actionable insights from campaign data.

This role requires someone who understands the technical ins-and-outs of Google Ads, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking, and who can continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping
  • Build and structure campaigns for optimal performance and scalability
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations


Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze campaign data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations based on data
  • Track and report key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS


Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and search term analysis
  • Improve campaign performance through bid optimization, audience refinement, and creative testing
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies


Technical Implementation

  • Ensure proper conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager / GA4)
  • Manage remarketing audiences and tracking pixels
  • Monitor attribution and funnel performance


Reporting

  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to the marketing team


Required Skills

  • 12 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Search Ads
  • Display Ads
  • Performance Max
  • YouTube Ads
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics / GA4
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to identify patterns and generate actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution models


Good to Have

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
  • Google Ads certification
