Job Title: Google Ads Sales Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational Shift (Day & Night AMER / EMEA / APAC)

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week, weekends off)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads Sales Specialist with strong outbound sales experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and hands-on experience in cold calling and cold emailing. This role focuses on growing existing accounts and driving new business through effective Google Ads solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and cold emails
• Understand client business requirements and propose suitable Google Ads solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide guidance on optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate reports and records
• Leverage AI tools to support and enhance sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in cold calling and cold emailing
• Digital advertising / Google Ads sales experience preferred
• Valid Google Ads Certification (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

• This role requires flexibility to work rotational and night shifts
• Candidates should have a strong track record of achieving sales targets
