Shift: Rotational Shift Day & Night (AMER / EMEA / APAC)

Work Environment: Work from Office (5 days a week, weekends off)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Google Ads Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven background in outbound sales. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing client accounts by leveraging your expertise in Google Ads, consultative selling, and data-driven sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote and optimize Google Ads solutions.

Sales Strategy & Client Consultation

  • Understand client business objectives and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions aligned with their marketing goals.

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive loyalty, retention, and repeat business.

Google Ads Expertise

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients optimize their Google Ads campaigns and maximize ROI.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on key sales metrics and client interactions.

AI Utilization

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI-driven sales tools and effectively leverage AI in daily sales activities to improve productivity and outcomes.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Google Ads, or similar digital platform services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Sales Background: Proven experience in outbound sales with strong prospecting and closing capabilities.
  • Certification: Mandatory valid Google Ads Certification.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising strategies.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with decision-makers at all organizational levels.
