Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads / Meta Ads Specialist at GTF Technologies, located in Noida. The responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing performance-based ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, targeting the right audience, and ensuring campaigns meet client objectives. Collaboration with creative teams and staying updated on the latest trends and platform updates are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, lead generation
• Proficiency in Campaign Optimization, Audience Targeting, and Budget Management
• Data analysis, Reporting, and ROI-focused strategy development
• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, Consumer Behavior, and Analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams for ad content development
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site
• Prior experience in a digital marketing role and certifications in Google/Meta advertising are a plus
