Google Ads Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Google AdSense Manager to optimize, manage, and scale AdSense revenue across our high-traffic website. The role focuses on improving RPM, CTR, viewability, and overall ad yield while maintaining excellent user experience and Core Web Vitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Google AdSense setup to maximize website ad revenue.
• Monitor and improve RPM, CPC, CTR, fill rate, and viewability.
• Strategically manage ad placements, layouts, and formats without harming UX.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad units, sizes, and page-level strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Google AdSense and ad policy guidelines.
• Analyze performance using Google AdSense reports, GA4, and Search Console.
• Coordinate with editorial, SEO, and tech teams for ad-friendly content layouts.
• Identify opportunities for header bidding, programmatic enhancements, and demand optimization.
• Monitor site speed, CLS, and overall impact of ads on performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue performance reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google AdSense for high-traffic websites.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and monetization strategies.
• Experience with GA4, AdSense dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and UX-friendly monetization.
• Experience in news, media, publishing, or content-driven platforms preferred.
