The Role We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who lives inside ad accounts not someone who sets campaigns and checks in weekly. You'll own the paid search strategy for multiple healthcare clients, with full accountability over CAC, lead quality, and ROAS. If you're used to managing budgets of 10L+ per month and treating wasted spend as a personal failure, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Own:
End-to-end Google Ads management across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
Full-funnel strategy: keyword research, ad copy, landing page briefs, conversion tracking, and reporting
Weekly and monthly performance audits with clear next actions not just dashboards
Lead quality analysis in collaboration with the sales/ops team to reduce low-intent conversions
Competitor and auction analysis to identify gaps and defend share
Budget allocation and pacing across multiple client accounts simultaneously
What We're Looking For Non-negotiables:
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Proven track record of managing high-spend accounts (10L1 Cr/month+) with measurable ROI
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 attribution
Ability to identify the difference between a volume problem and a quality problem in lead gen campaigns
Strong grasp of landing page optimization and how creative/copy impact Quality Score and CVR
Comfortable working in a performance-based, deadline-driven environment with monthly accountability
Added Advantage:
Prior experience managing Google Ads for hospitals, clinics, multi location healthcare practices, or any healthcare vertical
Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in ad copy (no misleading claims, symptom-based targeting nuances)
Experience running local campaigns targeting city or neighborhood-level audiences
Knowledge of call tracking tools
Exposure to multi-location campaign structures

You rely on Smart Campaigns and "let Google optimize" as a strategy
You report impressions and clicks as wins without tying them to business outcomes
You've never done a full account audit and rebuilt a campaign from scratch
You need to be managed on what to prioritize next
