Role Description:

PixelRings is looking for a Google Ads Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing high-performance Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping.

You will work closely with internal teams to drive measurable growth, improve ROI, and scale paid acquisition for our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping)
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Implement conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager best practices
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
• Collaborate with SEO, creative, and account management teams to align performance goals

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads platform and related tools
• Experience with campaign optimization and performance scaling
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
• Knowledge of SEM and basic SEO best practices
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and GTM is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
