Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist at Popbrain located in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, and implementing strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience in campaign management and optimization
- Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SEM/SEO best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- **Minimum experience required is 2 years*
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic ads, native ads, CPC/CPM platforms, or digital advertising sales
Strong understanding of how AdTech platforms work, including campaign setup, optimization, budgets, and performance metrics
Experience working with brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to explain product value clearly and handle high-level brand discussions
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and ensure retention Target-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
- Track daily campaign performance, interpret data insights, and apply timely optimizations to improve ROI.
- Run A/B experiments on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments to boost overall effectiveness.
- Partner with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets that follow brand standards and connect with the intended audience.
- Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives.
- Oversee budget allocation, maintain efficient spending, and deliver accurate forecasting.
- Measure, analyze, and present essential performance indicators including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Keep up with the latest trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities in digital advertising.
