Role Overview



We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist with strong experience in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance paid search and display campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused campaign scaling across Google Ads platforms.



About the Role



The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.



Responsibilities



  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Build and manage account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, and budgets
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, Conversions, Quality Score, and ROAS
  • Write and test ad copies, extensions, and creatives
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor daily performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with design, content, and landing page teams for better conversion performance
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices


Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
  • Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Demand-Gen, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Experience with bid strategies (Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS)
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Good understanding of landing page CRO and funnel optimization
  • Ability to analyze data and take data-driven decisions
  • Strong reporting and communication skills


Required Skills



  • Experience in real estate / B2C lead generation / high-ticket sales
  • Experience managing high-budget ad accounts
  • Google Ads Certification(s)
  • Experience with CRM integrations and offline conversion tracking
