Gold Loan Relationship Officer-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations

As a Gold Loan Relationship Officer, you will be the face of our Loans Against Gold business, responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling our products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process, from application to disbursal.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively cross-selling and upselling our gold loan products.
