The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable backend systems, writing clean and efficient code, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Golang
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Implement unit tests to ensure proper code coverage
• Design and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and backend operations
• Work with relational databases (MySQL) and understand performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock risks and deliver solutions
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver results efficiently

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts
• Knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience writing unit tests
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience with REST APIs & microservices architecture
• Experience with performance optimization and query tuning
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
