Golang Full Stack Developer

You will be joining PayPilot, a fintech product redefining financial access. However, internally, you are joining the PayPilot+ initiativea high-velocity strike team tasked with aggressively pushing our existing platform forward.

We dont just write code; we ship outcomes. We believe the future of engineering isn't typing every character by handit's about architecting solutions and using advanced AI (specifically Google Gemini) to implement them at lightning speed. If you are a purist who refuses to use AI tools, this role is not for you. If you are a pragmatist who wants to ship features 10x faster, read on.

• Backend: Golang (Standard Library, Chi/Gin, Goroutines)
• Mobile: React Native (iOS & Android)
• Web: React.js
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL
• AI Tooling: Google Gemini (Preferred), Copilot, or equivalent LLMs for accelerated development.

• Accelerated Development: Use Gemini/AI tools to generate boilerplate, refactor legacy code, and write unit tests, allowing you to focus on complex architectural logic.
• Immediate Impact: Dive into the existing Golang/React Native codebase on Day 1. You will be expected to push meaningful commits to production within your first week.
• Full Stack Ownership: Build end-to-end featuresfrom designing the Go SQL migrations to polishing the React Native UI components.
• Legacy Modernization: Identify slow or brittle parts of the current PayPilot application and ruthlessly optimize them for performance and reliability.
• Production Ops: We don't throw code over the wall. You build it, you merge it, you monitor it in production.

We value speed and correctness over tradition. You will be expected to:

1. Prompt Gemini to generate initial implementation drafts for Go structs and React components.
2. Review, refine, and secure the AI-generated code to ensure it meets Fintech security standards.
3. Ship.
4. Repeat.

• Golang Proficiency: You have shipped production Go code. You understand how to handle concurrency patterns (channels/waitgroups) and strictly typed interfaces.
• React Native Experience: You can build smooth, native-feeling mobile apps and debug bridging issues between JS and native code.
• AI-Native Mindset: You are comfortable using LLMs (Gemini preferred) as a pair programmer. You know how to prompt for complex logic and are skeptical enough to verify the output.
• Bias for Action: You prefer a "done" feature in production over a "perfect" feature stuck in development.
• Fintech Context: Experience with payments, ledgers, or transaction safety is a strong plus.
