Golang Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Go Engineer to join our Payments Engineering team. The role focuses on Engineering Excellence initiatives , where you will design and implement scalable, reusable solutions that improve performance and reliability across multiple Payments teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend systems and microservices using Go.
• Lead technical excellence initiatives with focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work on cross-cutting engineering solutions with long-term business impact.
• Partner with other engineers and teams to establish best practices and engineering standards .
• Quickly ramp up on Payments domain knowledge and contribute effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering , with solid experience in Go.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design .
• Proven experience in developing scalable backend services .
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in complex technical domains .
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities .
• Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
