Golang Developer

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join our high-performance engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go (Golang). This role is ideal for engineers passionate about writing clean, efficient code and contributing to mission-critical applications across diverse domainsranging from financial technology and customer support automation to enterprise-grade web and mobile backends.

You will work closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with microservices, API development, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Golang .
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to define and implement efficient data contracts and interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and onboarding materials.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups), and troubleshooting production issues.
• Support L2/L3 application support initiatives, including root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Engage in bug reproduction, regression testing, and test automation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.
• Strong understanding of concurrent programming, memory management, and performance tuning in Go.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs , microservices , and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP preferred).
• Knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., testing, testify) and writing unit/integration tests.
• Understanding of DevOps practices , CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
