Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer | Mumbai with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
- Build scalable and reliable microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop REST / gRPC APIs and backend components for business-critical systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance, concurrency handling, and memory usage.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Debug production issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) backend development (3+ years)
- Experience building microservices and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and memory management
- Experience developing RESTful / gRPC APIs
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of message queues / streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Monitoring & logging tools
