Role Overview

This is ahighly experienced, agency-level technical role for aGoHighLevelspecialist who has worked in adigital or SaaS agency environment . You will independently build, manage, andoptimiseCRM systems and automations for multiple clients, work directly with Australian businesses, and deliver scalable, AI-driven CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-endGoHighLevelCRM implementations in anagency environment
• Design andoptimiseadvanced workflows, triggers, and conditional logic
• Build, manage, and contribute toreusable snapshots for agency scaling
• ImplementAI tools (AI chat, AI SMS, AI voice agents)
• ConfigureStripe payments, subscriptions, and SaaS plans
• IntegrateMeta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, and third-party platforms
• Supportclient onboarding and technical strategy discussions
• Perform QA andoptimisationacross multiple client accounts
• Monitor CRM performance, reporting, and deliverability
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• 24 years of highly experienced, hands-onGoHighLevelwork
• Mandatory agency-level experience (digital marketing, SaaS, or CRM agency)
• Proven ability to managemultiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding ofCRM architecture and automation logic
• Advanced troubleshooting andoptimisationskills
• Experience working withsnapshots and scalable CRM builds
• Confident English communication and client-facing experience

Added Advantage (Bonus Skills)

• WordPress experience (site setup, integrations, forms, tracking)
• Knowledge ofhosting, domains, DNS, and professional email setup
• Experience withother CRM, automation, or marketing platforms
• Familiarity withMonday.com or similar project management tools
• Exposure tohealthcare, NDIS, or service-based industries
