About the Role

We are hiring a skilled GoHighLevel CRM Specialist to build, optimize, and manage our CRM workflows, automation sequences, and funnel systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GHL and a strong understanding of marketing operations and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, tags, and segmentation
• Build automation workflows, triggers, and rule-based actions
• Develop and optimize funnels, landing pages, and forms within GHL
• Implement lead management, appointment booking, and nurturing systems
• Set up and enhance email/SMS campaigns and follow-up sequences
• Integrate GHL with external platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Webhooks, APIs, calendars, payment gateways)
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot workflow issues, and optimize conversions
• Provide documentation and collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of CRM structure, automations, and customer journeys
• Proven experience with GHL workflows, triggers, funnels, and multi-step sequences
• Ability to build clean, functional, and conversion-focused pages in GHL
• Familiarity with integrating tools using Zapier, Make,n8n, or APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience managing multiple GHL accounts
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and lead scoring
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for template adjustments
