Role Summary

The GTM Engineer will build the tooling, automation, and workflows needed to scale our outbound and inbound growth enginesespecially for our upcoming distributable predictive analytics product.

This role blends growth engineering, data intelligence, and commercial toolingnot coding-heavy but highly systems driven.


Core Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Design

Build prospecting and outreach workflows across HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and internal tools.

Automate ICP identification, account scoring, and persona tagging.

Implement sequencing, lead routing, and usage tracking.


Data Intelligence & Playbook Building

Develop TAM/ICP datasets for our customer segments in India and globally

Create dashboards, campaign analytics, and funnel tracking systems.

Build repeatable GTM playbooks for inbound and outbound.


Sales Enablement Infrastructure

Manage CRM hygiene, reporting structures, and attribution logic.

Improve sales velocity through automation and tooling improvements.

Maintain templates for outreach, demo follow-up, use-case flows.


Cross-Functional Execution

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize GTM plans.

Translate PMM content into repeatable campaigns and automated journeys.

Work with leadership to prioritize experiments and scale what works.


Required Experience & Skills

37 years in growth ops, revenue ops, SDR automation, or GTM engineering.

Hands-on experience with CRMs, outbound tooling, enrichment platforms.

Analytical mindset with strong data organization capability.

Comfort with light scripting/no-code tools is a plus.

Increase in qualified pipeline driven by automation.

Reduced manual effort for sales and inside sales teams.

Repeatable outbound engine for our products and enterprise offerings.
