The S&C GN Song consulting team is aligned with the Strategy & Consulting Global Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its commerce, marketing, sales and services departments. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services across key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Commerce Transformation, Sales & Advanced Customer Engagement. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive, and lead the workstream or the consulting team in the following:

• Business processes and SAP knowledge: In-depth knowledge of one of the SAP platforms (SAP TPM, SAP C4C, S4 HANA, SAP CRM). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand design processes. assess capabilities and translate needs into SAP powered solutions that deliver business value.
• Industry best practices: Expertise in how the SAP systems can transform customer experience for our clients. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices across industries and demonstrate strong business understanding and provide recommendations as per industry best practices.
• Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions: Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations through assessment and solutions. possess considerable client relationships that could lead to business opportunities.
• Understanding of business language: Ability to work with clients, shape the end-to-end powered by SAP suite of products, and help to translate the functional requirements and bring transparency and clarity to the business stakeholders. Develop business cases, value propositions, monitor scope creep, and be a significant contributor to project governance.
• Assets, Solutions and POVs: Ability to lead a team to build Accenture-level assets and industry POVs enabled by SAP products.
