Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for analytical professionals to support Intellectual Property (IP) protection, item compliance, and risk management . The role involves reviewing IP claims, monitoring product listings, and resolving escalations in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process IP and Rights Owner claims
- Assess product listings for compliance and brand misuse
- Triage and resolve escalations with proper documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and quality for model building
- Analyze data to support risk assessment and improvements
Skills & Experience
- Experience or knowledge in IP, compliance, brand protection, or content review
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts and reviewing sensitive content
- Experience with Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus
