Responsibilities:

Develop and retain excellent relations with state-level senior officials and all the

stakeholders

Organize and coordinate with state nodal on capacity-building sessions, community visits etc

Design and develop content with the support of the content team for the program.

provide strategic inputs to overall program implementation and develop state-specific long-term plans

Produce accurate and timely reporting

Analyzing program risks basis data and proposing mitigation strategies

Requirements:

MPH/ Masters degree in Social sciences

- 8+ years experience in public health program management especially maternal and child health / nutrition /telehealth programs

Experience in government liasoning and relationship management.

Experience in managing large multi-disciplinary teams across different states.

Excellent monitoring and evaluation skills

Excellent administration, financial management and budgeting skills
