GM Project Planning & Control ( Commercial Real Estate)

CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties serving a Elite Business clientele across metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.

This position reports to COO-Real Estate and is based at corporate level in New Delhi.

Key Drivers:

• Orchestrate project planningfrom site establishment to logistics, sequencing, and

procurement strategy for ensuring seamless execution across multimillion-sqft portfolio

• Generating high-quality MIS dashboards and executive reports, enabling data-driven insights.
• Spearhead Strategic Project Planning & Cost Controls including budget monitoring to lead multi-disciplinary coordination for premium commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Streamlined project controls thru worklows and milestone tracking, achieving improved schedule adherence

Ideal Incumbent:

• BE-Civil +MBA/PG and 20+ Years of real estate planning experience.
• Consistently directed, strategized and delivered projects that met stringent time, cost, quality, safety and compliance benchmarks.
• High degree of Commercial and cost orientation and financial acumen.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 50LPA
