Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 50 LPA
Experience: 15+ Years
We are looking for a senior Apparel Production Leader with strong core manufacturing & operations exposure in export apparel .
Key Highlights:
- 15+ years of experience in export apparel manufacturing
- Core operations (manufacturing) expertise with complete shop-floor control
- Hands-on management of 8001000 machines
- 80% exposure to woven fabrics (strongly preferred)
- End-to-end responsibility of factory operations
- Proven leadership in large-scale export production setups
- Strong focus on quality, cost optimization, efficiency & on-time delivery
