Key Responsibilities / KRAs - General Manager - Plastics

1. Business Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the business strategy for the plastics vertical across India.

Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

Identify new business opportunities, applications, and products for expansion.

1. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales and technical teams.

Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.

Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

3. Customer & Market Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, processors, and distributors.

Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and value-added solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with supply chain, finance, and technical support teams.

Align business objectives with organizational goals and operational plans.

5. Travel & Field Engagement

Pan-India travel to meet customers, manage teams, and explore business opportunities.

Products : ABS, PC-ABS, POM, Polyamides (Nylons 6 & 66), PPS, PMMA, SAN, PBT, Raw Materials for Plastics Master batch & Compound manufacturing.
