Job Description
Position Title GM HR Culture & Transformation
Reporting to - MD
Location Gurgaon
Main Accountabilities:
Develop change management strategies for major organizational transformations- cultural change.
Develop and implement strategies to foster a customer centric, positive, inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Monitor and measure cultural health through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and key performance indicators, and implement necessary improvements.
Oversee the implementation of new HR programs and technologies, ensuring successful culture adoption across the organization.
Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Define, implement, and embed a strong organizational culture that supports the companys purpose, values, and long-term goals
Design and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all levels.
Build inclusive and diverse workplace practices that support innovation and collaboration.
Lead transformation projects to modernize, improve service delivery, and adopt best-in-class practices
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align HR culture and transformation initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Partner with L&D to roll out leadership development, succession planning, and upskilling programs
Drive programs that identify and nurture future leaders, especially in frontline logistics operations.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress in culture change, transformation success, and employee engagement.
Provide dashboards and reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees.
Stay updated with emerging HR trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance HR transformation initiatives.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Psychology from a reputed institution.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on HR transformation and culture.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proven experience as a HR Transformation Manager or in a similar role, driving HR transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, with a strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, multi-location environment
Lead the cultural evolution of a large, diverse workforce.
Work closely with top leadership and make a strategic impact on business performance
Having experience in Influencing & Negotiation
Comfortable to travel as needed for HR transformation initiatives.
