Location: New Delhi ( National Profile )

Reporting To: Director/ COO

Department: Finance & Accounts


Job Summary:

Experienced Accounts & Finance Head to manage end-to-end accounting ( through stable team ) , financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliances, project accounting, and MIS reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Operations

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Handle project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and expense tagging.
  • Conduct periodic credit reviews of existing customers to assess creditworthiness and exposure.
  • Approve credit limits and credit terms for new customers in coordination with sales and management, ensuring adherence to company credit policy and risk controls.

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI , and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  • Manage filings, returns, assessments, and notices.

Cash Flow & Collections

  • Monitor and manage cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Track receivables, ageing reports, and ensure timely collections from customers
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to resolve billing and collection issues
  • Ensure optimal working capital management

Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
  • Track revenue, margins, expenses, and project profitability.
  • Support management with financial analysis and budgeting inputs.



Coordination & Controls

  • Work closely with Sales, Projects, and Operations teams for financial accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and SOPs.
  • Support leadership in financial planning and decision-making.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: 10+ years in Accounts & Finance (preferably in system integrator / project-based organizations)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation
  • Hands-on experience with ZOHO erp systems
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams/vendors
