CREWS - GWS - Delivery Lead (Tier 2 Cities)
The position will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive facilities management and operations for facilities in Tier 2 cities. The role aims to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience through efficient management of buildings Food & Beverages (F&B) services and associate commute solutions.
Responsibilities
The position will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and support the overall function strategy.
Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of buildings in Tier 2 cities.
Oversee the delivery of workplace services including janitorial food and berverages transportation and other related services.
Oversee facility operations maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities within the assigned region /cluster.
Develop and implement facility management policies procedures and guidelines in line with industry best practices and client requirements.
Monitor facility performance metrics such as energy usage maintenance costs and space utilization to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to assess their condition identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery and address any deficiencies promptly.
Collaborate with the Real Estate Strategy team to manage leasing of spaces.
Work with the Design & Project Management team to oversee the design and construction of facility projects manage space planning and optimize workplace layouts.
Ensure the deployment and governance of enterprise security technologies in collaboration with the Security Technology & Strategy team.
Work with Physical Securing team in enforcing physical and environmental controls including executive protection identification badging surveillance and incident response.
Support the organizations Net Zero objectives and implement environmentally friendly practices in collaboration with the Resilience team.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards and promote employee health and safety.
Manage client visits and events hosted for clients to enhance the client experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for Business Unit building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and requirements.
Collaborate with GWS regional lead to develop and implement facility management strategies that align with organization objectives.
Regularly communicate with Center Head and other stakeholders to address concerns provide updates and maintain high level of associate satisfaction.
Supervise and lead a team of facility managers and support staff from FM service provider/partner across multiple facilities.
Develop and manage budgets for each facility ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Prepare regular financial updates and reports for CREWS leadership highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Ensure that all facilities comply with relevant codes regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain compliance.
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Real Estate Management Facilities Management or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management real estate or a related field.
Proven experience in managing facilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
Experience in implementing sustainability practices and supporting Net Zero objectives.
Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
