Were Hiring: Global Service Desk Analyst/ Technical Infrastructure


Location: Pune-Chakan office-9 hours rotating shift


Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years+

Technical skills

  • Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Service Now.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with latest Microsoft products like Azure, One Drive, Office 365
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
  • Basic IT Security knowledge
  • Good knowledge on handling Active Directory related tasks.
  • Good Knowledge on remote control tools like Teamviewer, Controlup.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
  • Basic Idea about Artificial Intelligence.


English skills

  • Excellent spoken English
  • Good written English

Keyboard typing

  • A typing speed that exceeds 200 characters per minute.
  • Good at taking multiple chats
