Were Hiring: Global Service Desk Analyst/ Technical Infrastructure
Location: Pune-Chakan office-9 hours rotating shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5+ Years+
Technical skills
- Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Service Now.
- Extensive hands-on experience with latest Microsoft products like Azure, One Drive, Office 365
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
- Basic IT Security knowledge
- Good knowledge on handling Active Directory related tasks.
- Good Knowledge on remote control tools like Teamviewer, Controlup.
- Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
- Basic Idea about Artificial Intelligence.
English skills
- Excellent spoken English
- Good written English
Keyboard typing
- A typing speed that exceeds 200 characters per minute.
- Good at taking multiple chats
