About the Role

At Dogsee, we are looking for a driven and commercially astute International Sales Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand across international markets responsible for nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships while aggressively building new channels through distributors and retailers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities


Client & Account Management

  • Own and manage relationships with existing international clients across assigned territories
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing base


New Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and convert new distributors and retail partners in target markets
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new geographies and product categories
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and customers


Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development of regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare territory plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior management


Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead contract negotiations with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Structure commercially sound agreements that protect company interests while building long-term partnerships


What We're Looking For


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or key account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets
  • Experience working with or converting distributors and retail channel partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals at senior levels

  • Existing network of distributors or buyers in key international markets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
