Job Description
We are hiring energetic, well-spoken Inside Sales Enablement Representatives to support our US team. This role focuses exclusively on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking high-quality sales meetings with prospects across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh and early-career professionals (01 year experience) looking to build a long-term career in US Enterprise Sales, Cloud Technology and IT Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching companies and prospects information.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based prospects.
- Generate interest through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach and social engagement.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure quality meetings for the US sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and reporting.
- Work closely with the US leadership team to refine messaging, cadence, and outreach strategy.
- Demonstrate discipline, resilience, and consistency while meeting weekly and monthly outreach goals.
- Represent KAPITAL with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication etiquette.
Candidate Profile
- MBA degree holders only.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, and well-presented.
Experience
- 01 year (fresh to early-career professionals).
- Previous internship or part-time sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Participation in sports, public speaking, and debate clubs is a plus.
