Job Description
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Provide 24/7 operational support for Windows & Linux servers in global environments
- Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain system uptime
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Support hybrid/multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMware )
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in an Agile setup
