Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Primarily taking care of FMG (Facility management) including integrated Facility Management System (IFMS), Global Security Group related procurement and ICG (Infrastructural Creation Group) related procurements- of packages of various nature (including MEP- HVAC, Electrical, PHE, STP. WTP, etc. and General Contracting, Nominated Sub contractor deployment), engaging consultants, Project Management consultant, Architect with proper evaluation for various projects.
- End to end procurement of said categories, supplier management, spend analysis, process improvement, initiating and implementing Automation.
- Understanding category areas and engage with internal/external stakeholders to meet priorities and requirement.
- Handling contract/catalogue management- implementation, maintenance of contract. Adherence to global procurement policy.
- Strong understanding and experience of MIS and analytical tools (excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Need to have prior working experience in Ariba/ SAP ECC/SAP S4 Hanna.
Qualifications:
Qualification-Exp- minimum 6-8 years. Educational qualification B.E./ B. Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical/Others), Management degree from any institute of repute would be an addition advantage.
Need to have excellent interpersonal skill, good written and verbal communication. Positive attitude with strategic mindset.
