Job Description
Purpose:
We are seeking proactive and field-driven Support B2B Sourcing to support on-ground partner identification, engagement, and candidate mobilization for international mobility programs.
This role focuses on physical outreach, relationship building, and execution at the ground level with sourcing partners such as training institutes, colleges, skilling centers, placement agencies, and NGOs. The role does not involve global employer or client management.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
1. On-Ground Partner Outreach & Engagement
Visit training institutes, colleges, skilling centers, and placement partners in assigned territories.
Introduce Leadspires international mobility programs and sourcing requirements.
Build rapport with institutional heads, coordinators, and placement officers.
Identify potential partners and referral sources.
2. Partner Onboarding Support
Assist in collecting basic partner details and documentation.
Support the onboarding process including MoU initiation and compliance checks.
Coordinate with Manager B2B Sourcing and Legal teams for partner approvals.
Ensure partners understand sourcing processes and expectations.
3. Candidate Mobilization & Awareness
Support on-ground mobilization activities such as orientations, seminars, and awareness sessions.
Coordinate candidate registrations and initial interest capture.
Ensure transparent communication of program details, eligibility, and timelines.
Drive participation through follow-ups and reminders.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Share daily field reports on visits, meetings, and outcomes.
Coordinate with Inside Sales teams to follow up on mobilized leads.
Align with Marketing teams for distribution of flyers, posters, and collaterals.
Support QC and sourcing teams during screening drives if required.
5. Data Collection & Reporting
Capture partner and candidate data accurately as per prescribed formats.
Maintain visit logs, contact details, and follow-up actions.
Submit regular MIS and activity reports to the reporting manager.
Flag risks, delays, or issues from the field.
6. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Follow ethical recruitment practices at all times.
Adhere to government, institutional, and internal compliance guidelines.
Maintain professional conduct while representing Leadspire on-ground.
Avoid misrepresentation or over-commitment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Ability to conduct presentations and discussions on-ground.
Good coordination and reporting discipline.
High energy, initiative, and execution focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to education, skilling, recruitment, or NGO partnerships preferred.
Graduate preferred; diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
