About the Role
Publicis Re: Sources is seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Mobility Operations team and support the execution of our global mobility programs. The team supports cross-border travel and mobility activities including immigration, business travel, tax coordination, compliance, and broader mobility operations, ensuring strong employee experience while managing operational risk.
Responsibilities
- Support business visa operational activities for regional teams for activities like case initiation, validation, preparation, tracking, and closure along with preparation of Invitation Letters and Business Visa support letters as required.
- Validate business visa eligibility, permissible activities, and duration of stay in line with country-specific immigration requirements.
- Support global mobility programs of various regional teams and carry out compliance checks for remote work requests.
- Manage centralized Global Mobility inboxes and respond to employee and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs, exercise judgment in selecting appropriate communication templates and tailoring responses empathetically for sensitive situations while handling challenging or escalated interactions professionally.
- Provide tax coordination support by acting as an Ops interface between immigration, tax vendors, payroll teams, and regional mobility teams.
- Maintain operational trackers and reporting including regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Update SOPs and process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives within Global Mobility Operations.
- Support additional operational priorities or ad-hoc activities as required by the Global Mobility team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 35 years of hands-on experience in in-house Global Mobility Operations or proven immigration case management.
Required Skills
- Practical understanding of immigration compliance, entry procedures, and business travel requirements across global regions.
- Experience working in a high-volume, SLA-driven Global Mobility Ops or shared services environment is preferred.
- Strong employee communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to handle sensitive or complex situations professionally.
- Proficiency in trackers, reporting, and Global Mobility case management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to broader mobility programs, including travel, remote work, or assignment coordination, is advantageous but not mandatory.
