How We Started

Founded in 2019, Uravu Labs was born out of a shared vision to address water scarcity issues, particularly inspired by the founders' own experiences on the NIT Calicut campus during their studies. Driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, Uravu Labs embarked on a mission to develop cutting-edge solutions that could extract water from the air using renewable energy sources. The company's journey began with the realization that existing methods were not entirely sustainable due to their heavy reliance on electricity and the use of refrigerants with high global warming potential.

Role Description

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy fresher who wants to build a strong career in marketing and business development. This role sits in the CMO Office and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on global marketing and client engagement initiatives.

You will gain exposure to marketing strategy, digital campaigns, global client interactions, and market insights while working directly with leadership.

Role Description

• Work closely with the CMO on global marketing and business development initiatives
• Connect with global clients and help them understand Uravus solutions
• Support lead generation and client outreach efforts
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand communication
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in managing digital platforms, CRM tools, and marketing technologies
• Track campaign performance and prepare insights and reports
• Support content creation, presentations, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• MBA / BBA (Marketing) or BE (Computer Science) graduate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with global clients and stakeholders
• Very tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
