Role Description

Graystone Capital is seeking a Global Institutional Partnerships Lead for a full-time, on-site role. The role will involve identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, and securing mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities. The Institutional Partnerships Lead will also develop and execute plans to drive business growth, contribute to sales efforts, and provide inputs on market trends. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure alignment with the companys financial solutions and objectives.

This role focuses on building and managing relationships with banks, lenders, funds, and institutional capital providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and Manage lender and investor relationships
  • Support deal execution and structuring discussions
  • Coordinate with internal origination teams


Qualifications

  • Strong background in Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and support decision-making processes
  • Proven expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify, establish, and grow meaningful collaborations
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and build confidence across institutional clients
  • Experience in Sales and business development, with a focus on delivering results and achieving growth targets
  • Proficiency in financial services or investment consulting is highly advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
