Make outbound calls to customers/clients as per the project related to Dubai operations.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about the services, process updates, or any required details.
Maintain detailed call logs, records, and daily reports.
Follow up consistently to ensure timely communication and task completion.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach on calls at all times.
Meet daily calling targets and maintain productivity standards.
Coordinate with the internal team for any updates or information required for smoothcalling operations.
