The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Treasury Operations Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing global treasury operations through effective use of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) like Kyriba and managing enterprise-level banking platforms. This role is instrumental in enhancing cash visibility, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting internal controls across global banking and treasury processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS):
Manage day-to-day operations in Kyriba, including system administration, data integration, and process automation. Maintain bank connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements in partnership with IT and external vendors. - Bank Portal Management:
Oversee user access, entitlements, and controls across multiple global banking portals. Ensure alignment with internal policies and external compliance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving portal-related issues and escalations. - Cash and Liquidity Operations:
Monitor and reconcile daily cash positions, support liquidity reporting, and validate TMS and bank data alignment. Provide accurate and timely reporting to support global cash flow forecasting and funding activities. - Process Optimization and Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline treasury operations by automating workflows within Kyriba and across banking platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive efficiency. - Compliance and Controls:
Support audit, SOX, and compliance requirements by maintaining thorough documentation and robust control frameworks within TMS and banking systems. Ensure user access reviews and data integrity checks are conducted regularly. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Treasury, Finance, IT, and external banking partners to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational continuity. Provide subject matter expertise in treasury technology and banking infrastructure. - Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain operational procedures, training materials, and user guides. Provide cross-training to ensure business continuity and knowledge sharing within the Treasury team.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, and/or statistics from an accredited institution.
- Overall work experience of 8 – 10 years required (relevant experience within Treasury & Kyriba TMS management of at least 2-3 years preferred)
- Additional skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Any Project Management certification.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Projects etc.
- Experience with Data analytic and/or Workflow management tools (Power BI, Alteryx. Power App).
- Analytical reasoning, persuasive and assertive, adaptable, optimistic, innovative, collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Documentation and process flows (MS Visio / PPT)
- Good MS Excel skills
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Time management
