Global Collaboration & AI Architect

We are looking for a Global Collaboration & AI Architect, reporting to the Head of Global Collaboration Services.

Work Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon / Bangalore / Hyderabad

This individual is responsible for executing strategies related to Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive; as well as Copilot across all Group entities. The role plays a key part in integrating, governing, and optimizing the use of both M365 collaboration tools and Copilot to enhance productivity and foster innovation on a global scale.

The Global Collaboration & AI Architect will work with various audiences ranging from technical teams to executives. We are looking for individuals that are customer-oriented and who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional expertise on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Support local IT teams (across 46 countries) and offshore support teams in deploying, managing, and optimizing collaborative and AI services.
• Implement data lifecycle management, archiving/backup solutions (SAM, M365 Backup, M365 Archive).
• Oversee implementation of projects to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and data governance standards.
• Provide security overview and technical references to implement or reinforce directives provided accordingly with Group Security Team.
• Ensure technical architecture documents (TAD) and technical operational guides are up to date.
• Propose continuous improvements to maintain high service quality.
• Conduct technology watch on Copilot, Copilot agents, and AI use cases, proposing innovative business applications.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 total years of experience.
• Comprehensive expertise in global administration of Microsoft 365 tenants, including architecture and engineering, as well as proficiency with SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive.
• Good knowledge of identity, security, compliance, and data governance (EntraID, DLP, AIP, sensitivity labelling, etc.).
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of different cloud storage solutions (Azure File Share, Azure Blob storage).
• Passion for new products/services (Microsoft Syntex, Copilot, etc.) to perform assessment / business case for potential enterprise-wide deployment.
• Extensive experience in delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all levels (C-level, IT, business).
• Strong communication skills are needed to interact patiently and tactfully with non-technical people. The ability to perform training duties is required.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); French and Spanish are a plus.
