Alongside this legacy, the company has launched a new-age infrastructure manufacturing venture specializing in highway and bridge bearings. Its vision is to build a globally competitive, export-driven business that delivers high-quality bridge bearing solutions to international markets, while continuing to strengthen its foundation in India.

You'll be heading a new-age infrastructure manufacturing venture focused onhighway and bridge bearings. The vision is to build aglobally competitive, export-led business, supplying high-quality bridge bearing solutions to international infrastructure markets while maintaining a strong India base. The Bridge Bearings vertical aims to expand its presence in global infrastructure markets through exports, strategic partnerships, and international EPC collaborations.

Mandate & Success Definition

The CEO willbuild Steeltech into a predominantly export-revenue company, with global certifications, strong international client relationships, and scalable manufacturing operations. Success = Exports as majority revenue + Global approvals + Profitable growth

Core Objectives (First 3 Years)

Establish Steeltech as arecognized international supplierof bridge bearings

Buildexport markets contributing 6070%+ of total revenue

Secure approvals withglobal EPCs, consultants, and authorities

Scale manufacturing withworld-class quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery reliability

Key Responsibilities

Export & Global Business (Primary Focus)

Define and execute anexport-first strategy(Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, Europe, Australia, etc.)

Identify target countries, entry routes, distributors, EPC tie-ups

Lead international tenders, pre-qualifications, negotiations, and client relationships

Manufacturing & Quality

Build and scaleexport-ready manufacturing

Ensure compliance withEN, ASTM, AASHTO, BS, ISO, IRC, MORTHstandards

Drive cost efficiency, productivity, and consistent quality

P&L Ownership

Full responsibility forrevenue, margins, cash flow, forex exposure, and working capital

Pricing strategies factoring currency, logistics, duties, and international risks

Product, R&D & Innovation

Develop globally competitivebearing solutionsaligned with international codes

Continuous improvement in design, durability, and lifecycle performance

Organization & Governance

Build leadership capability acrossexports, QA/QC, manufacturing, logistics, and finance

Establish robust systems, controls, and governance for an international business

Experience

1825+ years inbridge bearings / infrastructure components / heavy engineering

Proven track record inbuilding export-led businesses

Exposure tointernational EPCs, consultants, and government projects

Prior role asCEO / Business Head / International Business Head / COO

Skills

Strong technical understanding ofbridge bearings

Deep knowledge ofinternational certifications and approvals

Excellent commercial, contractual, and cross-border negotiation skills
