About the Role

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Global Associate (1+ year experience) to support our U.S. market operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands platforms like TikTok, is keen to learn fast, and can translate research and insights into strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the U.S. TikTok agency, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution
• Influencer outreach - including initial communication, follow-ups, and coordination
• Handling ops-related issues and responding to customers, affiliates and creators
• Research and analyse global and U.S.-specific trends, with a strong focus on TikTok, creators, and content formats
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless U.S. operations

What Were Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in operations, marketing support, or coordination roles
• Good understanding of TikTok as a platform (creators, trends, content formats, basic performance metrics)
• Strong interest in learning and growing within global and U.S. market operations
• Ability to analyse information, spot patterns, and execute tasks efficiently
• Highly organised with strong multitasking and follow-through skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones
• Clear communication and coordination skills
